Hardelot golf course: Robin Roussel, 21 yo win the qualification cup for the European Tour

Since2011, Hardelot has welcomed the Pins contest, one of the 8 prequalification rounds organised by the European Tour.

This year 106 amateur golfers entered the competition hoping to win one of the 25 places offered to move up to stage 2 (PQ2) with a view to obtaining a place on the European Tour (2016).
The final stage (PQ3) takes place over 6 tours with a cut after 4 tours for the first 70 (and ex æquo). Only the first 25 of the final 2 tours receive a category pass to enter the European Tour, 2016.

This year, an amateur player from Ozoir La Férrière wins this competition with a total score of 271 or 13 below Par ; it should be noted that this young player (21) played 62 on the final day, matching the course record.

"It’s an incredible course and I love it. I look forward to coming back and training here," explained Robin at the awards ceremony.
As for the tournament director, Jose Maria Zamora, he was very satisfied with the organisation: "The course was very well prepared by Ken Strachan and his team, the on-site organisation was perfect and the players all very
    happy".
