	THE SCENTS OF PROVENCE LINGER IN THE AIR This 18-hole course, designed by the Englishman Bill Baker, brings together the contours of the valley and the scents of Rosemary and Thyme. The Arbutus and Holm-Oak trees complete the picture. A dozen or so Angora sheep graze freely in the rough. The Cigalas begin their singing from mid-June. FOR A VARIED GAME The game unfolds in two distinctive ways : begin with the hilly contours and end with the gentle slopes. The greens are vast, raised and with various plateaus.
